Pelvic Tilt: The Foundation for Change

Last week you learned a little about how the hips function in the golf swing and received a Dynamic Hip Warm Up to practice throughout the week to prime your hips for change. This week, I still want you to do that routine but now's the time to add the next piece of the puzzle... 


Pelvic Tilt


For many people, the pelvis is locked from sitting 8+ hours a day. To begin the process of unlocking the pelvis, we need to first learn how to release the hip flexors.


So this week, your homework after performing your Dynamic Hip Warm Up is to spend 5 minutes each day performing the techniques in this video.
